Staff Management | SMX Warehouse Assembler - Evening Shift in Lancaster, Pennsylvania

We are seeking motivated Warehouse Assemblers to join our team with the primary responsibility of assembling battery cables. Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday 3 pm - 11 pm

Pay Rate: $18.30 / hour
Duties:
Assemble battery cables according to specifications.
Perform necessary recording on inspection sheets per the process.
Follow detailed instructions to ensure products are assembled correctly.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
Work with a team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Follow all safety procedures and regulations.

Position Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic computer skills and experience with hand tools.
Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks.
Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.30 - $18.30 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
