Duties:
Adhere to written Standardized Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
Pick and pack products following prescribed standards
Conduct routine quality inspections
Maintain a clean and organized work area according to the site's 5-S or cleaning policy
Requirements for Manufacturing Associates:
Comply with Food Manufacturing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) policy
Accurately pick, pack, and case bags of products, ensuring correct count and configuration
Palletize cases and prepare them for shipment
Uphold product quality standards for all assigned tasks
