JPMorgan Chase Business Banking Marketing Strategy Lead Vice President in Columbus, Ohio

The Business Banking Acquisition Marketing Team is responsible for driving high-quality customer growth through prospect acquisition and relationship deepening. As a core member of the Business Banking Acquisition Marketing team this role requires a professional to support campaign development and partner with marketing managers to build multi-year tests and learn roadmaps to increase creative asset performance.

As a Business Banking Marketing Strategy Lead Vice President you will lead innovation and enhance our acquisition strategy. You will also would be responsible for contributing to the development of marketing campaigns, optimization of creative, improving conversion funnel metrics and analyzing and reporting on results. In addition, with your background in digital marketing, creative development, and optimization, you will demonstrate innovation in creating fresh marketing strategies and tactics, and have strong execution and testing experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Focused on how marketing drives quantifiable business results, focusing on the big picture, considering impacts outside their given initiative

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret campaign performance metrics to inform future strategies/strong analytic skills with ability to identify opportunities and data driven decisions.

  • Spearhead the test and learn roadmap to utilize our digital analytics, personalization, and insights teams, as well as external agencies, to build A/B and multivariant test constructs to increase open rates, click-thru rates, take rates, etc. in digital ads and site content.

  • Act as a subject-matter expert with business unit counterparts on cross-functional projects.

  • Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and bring innovation and new thinking to the group.

  • Manage multiple initiatives to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 4+ years of marketing experience at an agency

  • Experience developing testing strategies and roadmaps based on opportunity size and level of effort

  • Strong Project/Program management skills and ability to execute across complex, matrixed environments

  • Strong leadership skills, communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as lead cross-functional teams is required

  • Strong interpersonal effectiveness with ability to collaborate and work well with all levels of management and across organizational boundaries

  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive measurable outcomes

  • Stronganalytical, process reengineeringand problem-solving skills

  • Ability toarticulate complex issues in a concise, simple, and relevant manner to all staff levels

  • Ability totailor a dialog based upon the audience and depth of discussion

  • Ability to express ideas in a confident, clear, and compelling way

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
