Under the supervision of the Pool Supervisor, the Pool Clerk is responsible for the completion of daily tasks assigned to ensure and maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Employee shall provide effective customer service for all customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the department.

• Offer excellent customer service to all patrons. Greet customers with a smile and respond to their needs in a kind and courteous manner.
• Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.
• Take inventory of items to ensure adequate amount of items are available and restocked accordingly.
• Participate in keeping all areas of the facility neat, clean and safe at all times. These duties include sweeping and mopping the restrooms, locker rooms, lobby, meeting rooms, concessions and removing trash, changing lights, cleaning pool deck etc.
• Handle all phone inquiries in the same kind and courteous manner.
• Be available to work nights and weekends.
• Other duties as assigned.
