As our Radiology
Schedule Scrubber you will work closely with the Breast Imaging Scheduling
Manager and Director of Access to ensure efficient scheduling and coordination
of breast imaging procedures. Responsibilities include reviewing, scrubbing and
monitoring outpatient schedules, confirming order accuracy and communicating
with patients and referring physicians. You will support the department in
ensuring compliance with FDA standards and the Mammography Quality Standards
Act while maintaining proper documentation and data entry in systems such as
MagView. Additionally, you will oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling
callbacks, managing patient correspondence and collaborating with various teams
to optimize patient care and workflow. We expect that you possess strong
organizational skills, attention to detail abilities and will effectively
communicate with our internal and external stakeholders.

Salary Range:
$28.23 - $40.44 Hourly
Qualifications
- At least 2 years in a Radiology Department - strongly preferred
- HIS, RIS, iCAP, IDX, GE Component and Microsoft Outlook experience - strongly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of personal computers, LORAD, PACSCUBE CD Burner and Array Digitizer
- Basic organizational skills to ensure a workable efficient office including organization schedules, electronic and paper records and files
- Ability to handle confidential information with tact and diplomacy
- Working knowledge of hospital/billing forms and the ability to explain services and charges to patients and/or family
