Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Pre-trip inspection.

  • Movement of goods physically / systematically in WMS. Pick / stage orders.

  • Load / Unload trucks - locating raw materials in proper storage areas.

  • Communicate shortages / overages to Manager.

  • Consolidate product to optimize space.

  • Assist carriers with pick-ups / deliveries.

  • Safely operate forklift within all OSHA rules and regulations.

  • Keep warehouse, work area(s) and loading dock(s) clean.

  • Interact with other departments.

Skills/Qualities Required

  • 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.

  • Forklift experience required.

  • Inventory / Warehouse Management System software experience preferred.

  • Ability to work independently as needed and as part of a team.

  • Working knowledge of Fed Ex and UPS shipping software a plus.

  • Flexibility to meet changing needs of business i.e., job responsibilities, work hours, back-up, off-site warehouse support etc.

  • Must be able to adhere to company policy, safety rules and regulations, and wear PPE

Shift : Monday-Friday 7am-5pm

Wage rate $20.00 per hour
